Description
Effervesce is a moderately alkaline, non-chlorinated, high foam all-purpose powdered cleaner. It is recommended for hand cleaning all types of surfaces in food plants, especially:
- Tank walls
- Enamel surfaces
- Stainless Steel equipment
- Floors
*Should be used with caution on aluminum surfaces as dulling may occur.
Effervesce should be used at a concentration of one or two ounces per 5 gallons of water. The temperature should be 100° to 120°F. Scrub the surface to be cleaned thoroughly, using an appropriate brush. Use rubber or latex gloves while using in order to prevent possible irritation.
