Description
Effervesce is a moderately alkaline, non-chlorinated, high foam all-purpose powdered cleaner. It is recommended for hand cleaning all types of surfaces in food plants, especially:
- Tank walls
- Enamel surfaces
- Stainless Steel equipment
- Floors
*Should be used with caution on aluminum surfaces as dulling may occur.
Effervesce should be used at a concentration of one or two ounces per 5 gallons of water. The temperature should be 100? to 120?F. Scrub the surface to be cleaned thoroughly, using an appropriate brush. Use rubber or latex gloves while using in order to prevent possible irritation.
