BIO-MAXX is designed to effectively and safely clean up a broad spectrum of organic stains.? Formulated with special bacteria and enzymes, safe and non-toxic, BIO-MAXX will:
- Naturally break down organic matter that produce foul odors
- Remove pet waste stains and odors on floors and other areas
- Digest proteins, carbohydrates and fat stains
- Eliminate odors in RV black tanks
- Help keep your septic tank clean
- Assist in the digestion of food soils to make operation of grease traps more effective and keeps drain lines clean and free-flowing
GENERAL ODOR CONTROL:? To eliminate foul odors caused by various organic sources (vomit, spoiled food, animal waste, etc) spray directly or saturate if needed and allow bacterial action to digest the material while leaving a pleasant fragrance.
GREASE TRAPS:? Nightly or when traps are least used, add 4-5oz/20 cu. ft. trap capacity to a sink or pipe draining directly into the trap.? Follow with a cup of lukewarm water.
PORTA TOILETS:? Add 1 gallon directly and cover solids with water to aid digestion.? Repeat treatment each time toilet is pumped.
CARPET TREATMENT:
- Spot clean and vacuum thoroughly.? Mix 8-16oz of product per gallon of water.? Spray affected area completely.? Allow at least 30 minutes to digest soils, repeat if necessary.
- Can also be used with all types of carpet cleaning methods.? Use 8-16oz per gallon of mixed carpet cleaning solution.
SEPTIC TANKS:? Add 16oz per 25 cu. ft. capacity as initial treatment.? Thereafter use 8oz per week.? If septic tank is clogged and odorous, add 1 gallon directly to the tank through the manhole.
BOATS & RVs:? Add 2oz/gallon of water in holding tank.? Thereafter, use 1oz/gallon as needed.? At pump stations use 1 gallon per 50 gallon tank capacity.? Then use 16oz per week for maintenance.
