Excel Blast is a Highly Alkaline Caustic low foaming cleaner for circulation, spray or soak cleaning.
May be used in:
- Bottling plants
- Breweries
- Dairies
- Food Processing Plants

- Other Industrial Manufacturing Plants
High alkalinity and excellent cleaning action make Excel Blast suitable for numerous different types of cleaning, such as:
- Bottle washing
- Smokehouse cleaning
- Tank Cleaning
- Oven/Fryer/Blancher Boilouts
- Clean-In-Place (CIP)
- High-Temperature-Short-Time (HTST) CIP
Excel Blast is normally used at a concentration between 0.5 and 3.5% at a temperature of 140° to 180° F. The exact concentration and temperature will depend on the nature of the soil to be removed and the type of cleaning used. Your representative will recommend appropriate concentrations and temperatures for your particular situation.
If more foam is desired, a foaming agent can be added. Ask for more information on what product is safe for use with Excel Blast.
